*The visit fee covers your clinician's time and standard visit services. Certain tests, diagnostics, procedures, or supplies may have additional fees, which will be clearly disclosed in advance.

  • Annual physical at a reduced member rate ($125).**

**If you'd like an annual physical before your 12-month mark, it's billed at the standard $175 in-person visit rate. After 12 months, it's $125.

  • Travel medicine consultation and pre-travel counseling.

Health Navigation & Advocacy

  • Care coordination: Specialist and imaging referrals, records gathered from your other providers, and direct communication with them, all brought together so you understand the full picture and your options.
  • Insurance and billing support: Help with confusing bills and denied claims from other providers, plus prior authorizations for medications and tests we order.
  • Hospital liaison: If you're admitted, we connect with your hospital team, stay up to date on your care before you're home.

Access & Availability

  • Limited enrollment: We cap membership so your care team has the time and attention you deserve.
  • Direct communication: Reach your care team by secure messaging, phone, or email, with prompt responses typically within the same business day.
  • Priority scheduling: Same-day or next-day telehealth and in-person visits, based on clinical need and availability.
  • After-hours nurse line: Talk with a nurse anytime who can help you decide whether to go to urgent care, head to the ER, or wait until we follow up the next business day. For emergencies, call 911.

Your monthly fee doesn't include in-person visits or point-of-care lab tests, which are billed separately at member rates.

HEALTH NAVIGATION & ADVOCACY**

  • Billing advocacy: Help with confusing bills and denied claims from other providers, plus questions about your Medicare, supplemental, or drug plan.

A few helpful tips

  • Works alongside your insurance: Membership isn't insurance, and you can keep any coverage you have. Some care from BlueGlove is billed separately, and care from outside providers is billed by those providers.
  • Medications: We prescribe, but we don't dispense. Prescriptions and over-the-counter medications are filled at your pharmacy, using your drug coverage if you have it, and we can help you look for lower cash prices.
  • Outside labs and imaging: Tests sent to outside labs and imaging centers are billed by those providers to your insurance, Medicare, or you directly. If you're paying out of pocket, we can help you find self-pay options.
  • Using your HSA or FSA: Out-of-pocket costs for your medical care, such as visit fees, lab tests, or Medicare cost-sharing, are generally eligible. Membership and enrollment fees are not. Check with your tax advisor for your situation.
  • Superbills for private-pay visits: If you have insurance, we can provide superbills on request so you can submit visit and test charges for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Not an emergency service. BlueGlove Primary Care is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
