Book a one-time visit for a non-emergency concern, with clear pricing upfront, when you're not ready to become a member.
Choose your visit
Every new concern starts with a telehealth visit. If your clinician needs to examine you or run a test, they'll recommend an in-person visit, and your telehealth fee is credited toward it. If your concern needs care we don't provide, we'll help you find it.
One-time telehealth visit
$89
per visit
A scheduled video visit with a local clinician who takes time to understand your concern, reviews your history, and gives you a clear plan, including prescriptions when appropriate. It's documented in your chart, so if you come back, we know you.
One-time in-person visit
$399
per visit*
A visit at your home or another agreed location, when your clinician recommends evaluating you in person. Unhurried, with a hands-on exam and on-site testing when useful. No germy waiting room.
*The visit fee covers your clinician's time and standard visit services. Certain tests, diagnostics, procedures, or supplies may have additional fees, which will be clearly disclosed in advance.
